On May 27th, Cotana Capital Real Estate Investment and Development Joint Stock Company held the inauguration and handover ceremony of the W2 - West Sky apartment building, part of phase 2 of the Thuy Van Complex, located in Zone B of the An Van Duong new urban area (Ecogarden), Thuy Van Ward, Thuan Hoa District.

With a favorable geographical location, open investment attraction policies, gradually refined mechanisms and policies for socio-economic development, etc., Thua Thien Hue has become an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors.

Despite offering many advantages regarding resources, deep-water ports, labors, etc., Thua Thien Hue cannot reach the top 10 provinces and cities with the largest foreign investment capital (FDI) within the country.

Along with the investment in completing traffic infrastructure, lighting system and public utilities, Hue City has recently prioritized the resources to allocate investment capital to upgrade and restore communal houses, in order to contribute to the conservation and restoration of relics in the area.
