From scraps of fabric seemingly destined for the trash, two students: Dong Nguyen Nhat Minh (Grade 6) and Lai The Tai (Grade 7) from Khe Tre Town Secondary School (Phu Loc District) have assembled them into vivid collage paintings that tell the story of their village, inspired by a deep love for Co Tu culture.

Responding to the “Ao Dai Week”, women across A Luoi have been donning their traditional ao dai, shining in costumes made from Zeng fabric. The fusion of ao dai Vietnam with the intricate patterns of A Luoi Zeng fabric creates a look that is both graceful and deeply rich heritage value.

Remaking second-hand clothes, a hobby with hand-embroidered patterns, or adding small, delicate fabric pieces is something many young people are enjoying. With just a few simple stitches, these techniques can transform an old outfit into something unique and stylish, capturing attention with its distinctiveness and personality.

Patterns on Zeng and small products made of Zeng by Ta Oi artisans in the mountainous district of A Luoi have been so impressive. Lovers of this traditional fabric not only want to own products, but also visit remote villages to experience firsthand the weaving process.

Currently, A Luoi locals have been creating many small and fashionable products to serve customers' needs from Zèng fabric, which is usually only used to sew shirts, skirts, and loincloths.
