Irrigation and hydropower reservoirs in the area continue to operate safely. The Sub-department of Irrigation and Climate Change (the Department of Agriculture and Environment) has prepared plans to proactively operate reservoirs and ensure the safety of downstream areas under different rainfall scenarios.

On the afternoon of November 16, the City Civil Defense Command issued an order to regulate the operation of the two hydropower reservoirs, Binh Dien and Huong Dien, in response to heavy rain.
