On the morning of March 30, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports Bui Thanh Dung said that several adjustments will be introduced to the race stages in Hue as part of this year’s Ho Chi Minh City Television National Cycling Cup. The changes are expected to bring fresh and exciting experiences for both riders and fans.

On March 28th, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the City Chess Federation and the City Sports Training and Competition Center, organized the primary school chess tournament for the 2025-2026 academic year, competing for Huong Giang Cup.

The 2025 Men’s National Student Football Championship - TV360 Cup ended with the championship title belonging to Hue University after a nail-biting victory over Hanoi University of Physical Education and Sports in the penalty shootout.

On the afternoon of October 12th, at the Sports and Cultural Center Stadium of Phu Xuan Ward (Hue City), the Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with Vietnam University and Professional Sports Association and Hue University and Professional Sports Association, held the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Men Student Football Tournament - TV360 Cup, Central Region.

The 1st Hue City Pickleball Clubs Open Championship - 2025, competing for the Huda Cup, kicked off on the morning of August 30th at Louis Pickleball Court (Hoang Quoc Viet Street - An Cuu Ward).

The 2025 Hue City 7-a-side Football Club Championship, Huda Cup, concluded on the afternoon of August 24th with a dramatic final match between FC Cori - FC Khong Gian Hue. ​

The 7-a-side Hue Premier League - Huda Cup 2025 (TPL-S5) kicked off on the afternoon of July 19 at Uyen Phuong Stadium (Tay Loc - Phu Xuan Ward). This is one of the activities under Hue Sports Festival 2025, organized by the City’s Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with Leano Group Travel Media Co., Ltd.

Hue Students Football Tournament 2025, competing for the Ba Na Hills Cup, kicked off in the afternoon of April 15 at the football field of Phu Xuan District’s Culture, Information & Sports Center (150 Nguyen Trai Street). The tournament is jointly organized by Hue University and Professional Sports Association and School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University.

After concluding Stage 9 of Truong Tien - Phu Xuan, the 37th National Cycling Tournament for Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup, themed “United Homeland”, kicked off Stage 10 on the morning of April 13th, starting from Hue City to Da Nang City. This year, the starting point was held at Phu Van Lau (Le Duan Street), instead of the usual location at Hue City Center for Culture and Cinema.

Stage 9 from Truong Tien to Phu Xuan, part of the “United Homeland” cycling race for the 37th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup 2025, kicked off on the morning of April 12 at Tu Tuong Park (Le Loi Street), following the award ceremony for athletes with top results in Stage 8 from Quang Binh to Hue City.
