On the afternoon of February 19, at Keiser University (28 Nguyen Tri Phuong), a non-profit community event themed “Spring Awakening of Dreams: The Journey of Hue people to the World's Top 1% Universities” took place in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The program gathered notable figures from Hue, who conquered the world's top prestigious universities, returning to engage in direct dialogue with the younger generation in their hometown.

I visited An Dinh Palace on a warm, sunny early spring day. Not counting the respectful foreign visitors pausing before each artifact, I figured that among the more than 20 young people bustling about in ao-dai, with flowers, striking various poses for photos, few knew that they were standing very close to the remnants of a famous theater from the end of the Nguyen Dynasty that has now completely disappeared: Cuu Tu Dai.

As the final days of the lunar December slip away, street corners, parks, and public gathering spots in Hue are dressed in vivid blooms, heralding the arrival of Binh Ngo Spring. In the mild, lingering chill of the year’s end, the city takes on a new charm, bright yet gentle, warm in its own way.

On February 8, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, organized the “Spring of Love” program to share support, offer encouragement, and bring a warmer Tet to disadvantaged patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.

​ On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026, on February 8th, the Trade Union of Thuan Hoa Ward organized the program “Tet Reunion - Spring in Gratitude to the Party”, featuring many practical activities to support union members and workers so they can welcome the traditional Tet holiday in joy and warmth. Hue Central Hospital also organized the program “Spring Tet Market” for disadvantaged patients currently receiving treatment at the hospital.

During the day and evening of February 4, at A Luoi 3 Commune, the City Border Guard Command, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city and local authorities, organized the program “Border Guard Spring - Warming the Hearts of Border Communities” on the occasion of Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026.

On the afternoon of January 4, the volunteer program “Radiant Spring Vibe” took place at the first-floor lobby of the Oncology Center at Hue Central Hospital, creating a warm, caring atmosphere for patients undergoing treatment in the oncology department and pediatric radiotherapy unit. The charity event was jointly organized by the “One Painting - Many Hopes” project and the City Women Business Association.

Deep in the soul, every simple image of Tet in Truong Sa (Spratly Islands) carries a special sense of excitement and deep emotion, fostering an even greater love for spring amidst the vast ocean.

On the evening of January 11th, in Trung Son Commune (A Luoi District), the Border Guard Command of Hue City, in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, organized the flagship program “Border Spring warms the people’s hearts” in celebration of the At Ty Lunar New Year - 2025.

On spring days, Hue is vibrant and bright with the lush green shoots of trees and leaves. Through the window, amidst the canopy of trees, and on the leaves adorned with dewdrops, little birds are showing off their beauty in the warm spring air.
