On April 6, at the regular Government meeting and the online conference between the Government and local authorities, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) for 2024, applicable to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.
