The Ministry of Home Affairs has recently released the 2025 Satisfaction Index of Public Administrative Services (SIPAS) and the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX). According to the results, Hue continues to rank among the country’s leading localities in administrative reform and public service quality.

In the current trend of digital transformation, the healthcare sector of Hue City is leading the way in building a smart hospital model, modernizing medical examination and treatment system, improving service quality, and enhancing patient satisfaction.

In just the first two days (July 1st – 2nd) of implementing the two-tier local government model, over 846 applications were received at 40 Public Administrative Service Centers at the ward and commune levels in Hue City. The dedication of civil servants and volunteers, along with the application of technology, has made a positive impression, helping residents quickly adapt to the administrative procedures under the new two-tier local government system.

On April 6, at the regular Government meeting and the online conference between the Government and local authorities, the Ministry of Home Affairs announced the Public Administration Reform Index (PAR INDEX) and the Satisfaction Index of Public Administration Services (SIPAS) for 2024, applicable to ministries, ministerial-level agencies, and People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities.
