The Co Tu people in hamlet 5, Nam Dong commune (merged from Huong Xuan, Thuong Nhat and Huong Son communes) still call Village Elder Tran Dinh Lua (72 years old) the “living treasure” of their village. To this day, he is one of the few remaining people who preserve the sacred sound of the gong that has been intertwined with generations of the Co Tu people.

On the evening of August 25th, at Nghinh Lương Dinh (Nghinh Luong Pavilion - Phu Xuan Ward), under the direction of the Central Youth Union, the Youth Union of Hue City, in collaboration with VMAS, organized the program “Chuyen xe Tu hao Việt Nam” (Proud Vietnam Journey) - with Hue as one of its stops.

On the morning of March 30th, a ceremony was held at Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion, situated on the bank of the poetic Perfume River (Phu Xuan Ward), to officially receive Hue Nam Temple Festival as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

According to the information from Hue City People's Committee, Hue Countdown - Happy New Year 2024 program will take place at 20:00 on December 31 at the intersection of Hung Vuong Street, Hue City. This is an art program to welcome the new year, with the participation of Hue talents, as well as famous singers and artists namely Hieuthuhai, Orange, and Dinh Xuan Ky, etc.

Along with Bach Ho Bridge, which is a railroad bridge, and Thao Long Bridge, with the architectural structure of a bridge at the top and a dam below to prevent salinity at the bottom, there is a total of seven bridges over the Huong River, namely Truong Tien Bridge, Phu Xuan Bridge, Da Vien Bridge, Tuan Bridge, and Dinh Market Bridge.
