Heading towards the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on the morning of May 16, the City Association for Promoting Education held the May 19 program to award scholarships to students facing difficult circumstances in the city area.

From April 22 to 24, the Zhi Shan Foundation, in collaboration with the Social Work and Child Protection Center, and local authorities, organized scholarship award ceremonies for studious students overcoming difficulties across the city.

On the morning of January 10, the Youth Union of Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in collaboration with sponsors, including: Ba Ria - Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HODECO), and Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony for students in difficult circumstances in Dan Dien Commune.

On the afternoon of December 12th, Hue University held a ceremony to award the 2025 Keidanren & JCCI scholarships to students in difficult circumstances who have made strong efforts and achieved good academic results.

On the morning of November 21, Hue University, in collaboration with Vietnam Educational and Social Assistance Foundation (VESAF, NFP), awarded scholarships sponsored by the VESAF, NFP to students in difficult circumstances, who have demonstrated good academic and personal performance.

On the morning of November 12th, Hue University of Sciences, Hue University held a program to present scholarships and support gifts to students in difficult circumstances who suffered heavy losses during the floods at the end of October and early November.

On October 20, A Dot Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authority of A Luoi 4 Commune and a collective of philanthropists from Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a program to give 800 gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances in the area.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.

On the occasion of welcoming the new academic year and the Mid-Autumn Festival in 2025, on the morning of September 13, the Phu Bai Ward People's Committee, in coordination with the sponsors (including the Phuot bike mien Trung and the RR Phu Bai - Hue cycling club), organized a program to present bicycles to students in difficult circumstances in the area.

On August 18, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune in collaboration with Hue Hearts Fund held a ceremony to award scholarships to students overcoming difficult circumstances.
