Alongside efforts to expose the foundations of the South and North towers and the southern and northern perimeter walls, the second phase of the archaeological excavation at the Lieu Coc Twin Towers has yielded over 9.300 samples and artifact fragments. These consist mainly of architectural materials, decorative elements, stele fragments, ceramics, stoneware, terracotta objects, and bronze fragments.

This is the theme of a talk aimed at spreading the cultural and spiritual values of the nation through poetry in the legacy of Emperor-Monk Tran Nhan Tong, presented interestingly by Mr. Nhat Chieu, the speaker and researcher. The artifacts selected for identification are representative items typical of the Nguyen Dynasty's royalty and officials, such as the golden throne, palanquins, ceremonial shoes (things used in daily life and rituals), gold and jade branches (interior decorations), and the Xam Huong set (a recreational activity). This initiative marks the beginning of applying technology to preserve and promote the cultural heritage values preserved in Thua Thien Hue.

According to the leader of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the project of restoration and embellishment of Kien Trung Palace in the area of the Forbidden City of Hue Imperial Citadel, started in February 2019, is entering the finishing stage of decoration; and expected to be completed by the end of 2023.
