On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.

Gaining access to expert resources, capital and technology within the country and abroad in order to introduce and connect with the local community and vice versa is the main goal of the forum “Meeting the Heads of National Technology Villages, Launching the National AI Technology Village in Hue, and Holding a seminar on building the Ancient Capital Startup Ecosystem” hosted by the Provincial People's Committee in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology on October 27th in Hue City.
