Spreading the message “Convergence and Shine”, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Festival 2025, taking place from April 3 to 6, has the participation of over 100 stalls of 42 provinces, cities, and 32 travel agencies, transportation companies, and airlines.

I remember the first time I tried this dish was at the Thuy Bieu Thanh Tra Festival in 2022. Walking amidst the shimmering green and golden-yellow stalls of this special local fruit, I picked up a small bag of candied thanh tra peel before heading home. To this day, the flavor of that simple yet rustic treat lingers in my memory.

On the afternoon of September 13, the Provincial Famer Association opened the “3rd Agricultural Fair 2024” at Nguyen Dinh Chieu walking street (Hue City).
