The eastern shore of the Tam Giang Lagoon, once divided by geographical distance and infrastructural constraints, has now taken on a new look.

A quiet yet unwavering ferryman has guided generations of students to the shores of knowledge through scientific projects, innovations, and creative teaching approaches. With more than 30 years devoted to education, teacher Phan Huu Tung, principal of Phu Bai Primary School No. 1 remains deeply committed to his profession and to the students he cherishes

We lay on the sand, quietly hearing the gentle melody of the waves and the melodious sound of winds gently gliding around us. The moon veiled the shore with a dim mist-like light. Far out at sea was layer after layer of light from fishing boats like thousands of remote stars. Amid the peaceful melody of the earth and sky, a gentle sleep came. Until the red east appeared on the horizon, we woke up, starting a wonderful new day.

Groups of young people walk along the shore, watching the waves crash. Each person finds a spot and waits for the right moment to cast their line.

It has been several decades since fishermen in Ngu Dien Sea (Phong Dien, Thua Thien Hue) have witnessed shoals of scads, herring, shrimp... swimming to the shore. The inshore sea is reviving!

Scarcely had the boats been pushed into the sea, touching the water surface when the waves, in turn, hit the shore. The wind and waves struck the boat sides, causing the boat to wobble. But a few minutes later, the muscular men with the help of the sea village women successfully started the boats for a squid fishing trip which would last more than 12 hours.
