That was the theme of the national-level scientific conference organized on June 21 by the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hue City (Union of Associations) in collaboration with the Department of Health, the Department of Science and Technology, Hue Central Hospital, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Association, and the Infectious Diseases Association of the city. The event gathered leading experts in health, environment, and agriculture - forestry from Vietnam and abroad.

Over two days (June 20 - 21), Hue City’s Cardiology Association, in collaboration with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of the City, Hue Central Hospital, and Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy’s Hospital, organized the 4th Ancient Capital Congress of Cardiology.

The mountainous areas of A Luoi and Nam Dong (now Phu Loc District) possess a year-round supply of clean, naturally flowing water, making them an ideal environment for sturgeon farming. Capitalizing on this advantage, the local Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) implemented the “Application of Science and Technology to Develop a Sturgeon Nursery and Farming Model Based on the Value Chain in Mountainous Communes of Hue City” project, with the goal of successfully applying scientific and technological advances to sturgeon nursery and farming within a value chain framework.

On June 9th, Hue Central Hospital held a ceremony to present the title of Outstanding Scientist in Science and Technology to Professor Kenneth D. Montgomery, an expert in arthroscopic surgery and President of Orthonations (USA).

On May 17th, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, held a Science Café event themed: “Digital transformation and the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in medicine.”

On the afternoon of May 16, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University held a conference on “Developing science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation”.

This statement was emphasized by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung, Architect, (Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University) at the seminar “French Colonial Architecture and the “Western Quarter” in Hue City”, which took place on the afternoon of May 11 at the Hue Book and Cultural Space (No. 23 - 25 Le Loi St., Thuan Hoa District).

On the morning of May 10, the Department of Science and Technology in collaboration with the Department of Finance and Hue City Business Association held a ceremony to announce the digital platform “For Businesses”, which is integrated on Hue-S, and the “Digital Working” platform for the City Business Association Office and its members.

The academic exchange activities between the Faculty of Environment, University of Sciences, Hue University, and international students have created many meaningful experiences, spreading the spirit of sustainable development and cultural connection.

On the afternoon of April 21, the University of Sciences, Hue University held various activities to respond to the 4th “Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day” in 2025.
