On the morning of June 9th, the City Youth and Children's Center, in coordination with the City Youth Union and Young Pioneers Council, the City Labor Federation, the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Division, and the Youth and Women's Boards of the City Police, launched a drowning prevention skills training program and free swimming lessons for children in 2026.
