This message was emphasized by Mr. Phan Thanh Hai, Director of the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports when sharing on the afternoon of August 18th at the forum “Digital transformation - Promoting the strength of culture and heritage - creating momentum for developing a digital economy” within the framework of Provincial Digital Transformation Week 2022.

"Looking at the picture of cancer, many people find it very dark. But for me, it's different; I see this picture lighting up every time. The opportunity for patients to detect and successfully treat cancer is more favorable than ever…". That message was given by Prof. Nguyen Chan Hung - Chairman of the Vietnam Cancer Society at the Annual Conference on Cancer Prevention and Control - Hue 2021. And that "picture" is being decorated by the Oncology Center (Hue Central Hospital) with brighter andvivid colors.

Apparently, the first time I met Ms. Dam Thu was also the first she got to A Luoi., and it has been 20 years. Time is mentioned because she has just sent me a bunch of beautiful photos of Hue with the message: "Sent from Canada... For Hue people, it's too familiar. It has been six years since I returned to Hue."
