Literature and art enthusiasts in Hue are being on a journey to rediscover well-known short stories by Nguyen Huy Thiep, not through books, but through artworks of ceramic created by the writer himself and artists who admire him.

Joyful, enthusiastic, and enlightening are the feelings of “student travelers” after participating in the “Heritage education” program (HE) organized by Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities (HMRA).

In 2023, Thua Thien Hue's artists were actively engaged in various cultural and artistic events in parallel with significant developments in the province's literature and arts.

Following the traditional relationship for the past 63 years, on the morning of May 24, the Unions of Literary and Art Associations of three localities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien Hue signed an agreement to cooperate and coordinate in activities in the field of literature and arts.

Choosing either a river, a body of water, or just a village, the authors, with their own memories, provide readers with a unique yet familiar view of Hue. In their writings, the beauties of the heritage, the culture, and the people are exploited skillfully in soft writing styles and with interesting facts.

Thousands of artifacts including Buddhist woodblocks, books related to philosophy, literature, Buddhism as well as disciplines related to a humane society, and recordings of Hue Buddhist events... which have been carefully collected by and donated to the Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Hue for many years are officially announced for the first time, surprising the public.
