On the evening of October 6th, at the historic Imperial Treasury Residence inside Hue Imperial City, Hue Monuments Conservation Center hosted the program “Hue Royal Mid-Autumn Festival 2025”, one of the cultural highlights of Hue Festival 2025.

The seven lotus flowers, representing the first seven footsteps of Buddha after his birth, will be lit throughout the Vesak season, bringing a unique and gentle beauty to the Huong River.

The lotus lanterns placed onto the middle of the Huong River symbolize the first seven footsteps of the World-Honored One after his birth.

The early days of autumn are also the time when the whole family of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man, who is now 48 years old (residing at 26 Pham Tu Street, Huong Long Ward, Hue City) and a team of workers rushing to complete a large number of lanterns for timely delivery to customers in Binh Dinh and some southern provinces.
