On November 6, Hue Central Hospital organized a review of its free diabetic retinopathy screening and consultation program for patients. The program aimed to detect retinal damage at an early stage, helping prevent vision impairment and blindness among people with diabetes, while also marking World Diabetes Day (November 14).
