No longer following an academic-oriented approach, the majors and training programs at the Hue University are undergoing shifts to meet the demands of businesses and society.

With the desire that tourists can access information and experience Hue cuisine in a visual manner, at the same time providing support and suggestions according to each tourist’s demand and hobby through artificial intelligence tools, students from the Diplomatic Academy have launched a project called “A Food in Hue” with numerous activities to spread Hue cuisine to domestic and international tourists.

In order to promote the connection of labor supply and demand in the province, the Provincial Employment Service Center is set to organize a Job Transaction Month with the theme of "September, the Autumn of Recruitment". The event will take place from September 5 to October 5, in both in-person and online forms.

As part of the plan to stimulate tourism and service demand, Hue City is completing its infrastructure and implementing many solutions to develop the night-time economy to attract visitors.

On the morning of June 26, the Department of Tourism coordinated with Vietnam National Halal Company Limited held a conference named “Introducing Halal standards – a Muslim friendly service” to create favorable conditions for the businesses in the provincial area access to the overview of Muslim tourism; Halal food; the Muslim friendly services; demands on Halal standards, and Halal certification programs.

In response to the changing tourist demands, travel companies and community destinations in Hue have created a variety of experiences for tourists, as well as concentrating on ensuring safety at tourist destinations of streams, waterfalls, seas and lagoons.
