The statue of the late musician Trinh Cong Son presented to the People’s Committee of Hue City by a businessman in Ho Chi Minh City has now been brought to the headquarters of Hue Green Park Center.

For the sake of sustainable preservation of the precious heritage of the ancestors, Hue Monuments Conservation Center has organized an exhibition and conducted an opinion poll regarding Planning documents for preserving, repairing, and restoring the Complex of Hue Monuments until 2030, with a vision towards 2050.

Another bear has just been rescued in Hai Duong Province by the Animals Asia Foundation (AAF), and brought to the Vietnam Bear Rescue Center II at Bach Ma National Park (Phu Loc District).

“Digital transformation, new technologies to support preservation and festivals” was the theme of the Conference on Connecting Reality and Digital in Thua Thien Hue Province. The event was jointly organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center, Vietnam Association for Information Processing, and Hue Center for Information and Technology (HueCIT) on October 12th. This conference was one of the practical initiatives in celebration of National Digital Transformation Day.

A Roang is a border commune of A Luoi district, which is about 90km away from Hue city center. People living here are mainly the Ta Oi people. Being located at the foot of the majestic Truong Son Mountain, A Roang was once a poor and extremely difficult place to travel to. However, it is now an attractive destination for visitors who love the rustic beauty of people and villages in wild mountains and forests, or immersing themselves in waterfalls and lakes in the middle of mountains and forests.

"Cultural heritage of ethnic minority groups in A Luoi District" is the theme of an exhibition, which is organized by Thua Thien Hue History Museum in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Information of A Luoi District. The exhibition was opened on the morning of October 10 at the Center for cultural activities of ethnic communities of A Luoi District.

Being 10km away to the Southeast of Hue City Center, Quang Loi Lagoon is one of the lagoons belonging to Tam Giang lagoon system (the biggest brackish water lagoon in Southeast Asia).

After more than a day of transportation, the two bears rescued in Hanoi were brought to Vietnam Bear Rescue Center II at Bach Ma National Park on the afternoon of October 3. These are also the first two bears received by this center.

Hue International Photography Festival 2023, which took place from September 10 to September 13 and was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the Crossing Bridge 20Plus, attracted the participation of nearly 100 photographers from many countries, including Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Sri Lanka, along with 19 photographers from localities throughout the country.

On the afternoon of September 16, the Provincial Department of Education and Training coordinated with Hue Monuments Conservation Center to organize activities of visiting and experiencing heritage at Hue Imperial Citadel for students achieving the title of "Honorary students of the whole school” in the academic year of 2022 - 2023.
