On April 22, the Zhishan Foundation, the City Social Work and Child Protection Center, in collaboration with the Phong Dien Ward People's Committee, organized the first-round scholarship awarding ceremony in 2026 for poor students overcoming difficulties in Phong Dien, Phong Thai, Phong Dinh, Phong Phu, and Phong Quang wards.

On the morning of April 18, the Kun Marathon Hue 2026 officially kicked off at Ngo Mon Square, attracting more than 2,500 young runners from various provinces and cities across the country. Kun Marathon Hue 2026 was held in response to the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2026 (scheduled for April 19). Such is the title of a book recently released by Thuan Hoa Publishing House in late March 2026. On the afternoon of March 29, at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street), the Hair Donation Day, with the message “Giving hair - Giving love”, attracted a large number of students and residents. On the morning of March 17th, Military Hospital 268, under the Logistics-Technical Department of Military Region 4, organized a voluntary blood donation program themed “Red Journey 2026”, attracting a large number of officers, soldiers and staff.
