While Nghe An was his hometown, where Ho Chi Minh was born, Hue was considered as his second hometown with his best youth memories, where his revolutionary ideology was fostered.

To promote the value of President Ho Chi Minh's relics in Thua Thien Hue, on July 28, Ho Chi Minh Museum in Thua Thien Hue organized a survey trip to build a new tour themed "Reliving Uncle Ho’s youth in Hue.”

On the morning of June 4, at Thuan An Beach (Hue City), the Provincial Youth Union organized a launching ceremony of the campaign "Make the world cleaner" and the campaign "Let's clean up the sea” in 2022, in response to World Environment Day (June 5).

This activity was co-organized by the Executive Committee of the Student Union and the Youth Union of the College of Arts, Hue University on the morning of April 3. The activity has attracted the participation of many youth union members and students from various majors in the faculties of Visual arts, Arts Pedagogy, and Applied Arts.

Doctor (Dr.) Nguyen Viet Quang Hien (born in 1987), Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Deputy Head of Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation A - Hue Central Hospital is one of 65 nationwide familiar faces honored to receive the Award of "Youth living a beautiful life" in 2021 of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union.
