In Phu Hai, a commune “where the waves end in the land of Phu Vang district”, there is a “Heart of the sea” quietly cherishing itself to keep life forever vibrant.

At 6 am, Mr. Hoang Khang (Hue City) was preparing hats and drinking water. Making an appointment with friends in front of Phu Van Lau, after more than an hour of traveling, he and his group of friends were present in Phong Hai Commune (Phong Dien) to prepare for an enjoyable sea experience.

Being well-known as the most beautiful and dangerous pass in Vietnam, Hai Van Pass is located on the border between Thua Thien Hue Province and Da Nang City.

Hai Van Gate is known as "world’s most majestic gate", located at an altitude of nearly 500m right at the top of Hai Van Pass. Once served as the military defense for the Hue Citadel, this defensive cluster was built under the Nguyen Dynasty in such a critical position to control the North-South road and Da Nang Bay.

Not similar to the “Western Street” (the Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau Walking Street) and Hue Imperial City Night Street, Hai Ba Trung Walking Street is expected to be a bustling shopping street, serving the needs of nightlife entertainment for the locals and visitors, which is also a venue of cultural, artistic and street music activities.

“Standing here, you can capture the panoramic view of Hai Van pass, Tuy Van mountain, Cau Hai lagoon and even the magical light of Hue city…” - that was the smooth introduction of an author when he checked-in at Hai Vong Station on the top of Bach Ma mountain. After a temporary closure to repair the route from the foot of the mountain to its top, Bach Ma National Park has welcomed back visitors.
