Having grown up at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quoc Huy, and Dr. Nguyen Nguyen Thai Bao have made their marks in different fields, but all share the same desire to contribute to building their hometown.
