"Emperor Minh Mang’s art of rulership – evidence from the Imperial Archives of the Nguyen Dynasty" is the theme of an exhibition organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the National Archives Center I. The exhibition just opened on the afternoon of June 9 at Thiệu Phương royal garden, inside the Imperial Citadel.

"Replicas of the Nguyen Dynasty’s Gold Seal" is an exhibition organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center and opened on the afternoon of June 10 at Ngu Phung floor, Ngo Mon and Imperial Citadel, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the center.

On the evening of April 29, the gathering of Vietnamese culinary artisans at Hue Festival 2022 was formally held by the Vietnam Cuisine Culture Association at Duyet Thi Duong Theater in the Imperial Citadel. "Fine Arts and Heritage" was the theme of an exhibition just opens at Thieu Phuong Garden inside Hue Imperial Citadel on April 29th.

Young artist Tran Ngoc Sy has offered classes of experimental painting for Hue young people with painting activities across places from Thuan An and Hai Duong beaches, Cha mangroves, Vong Canh hill, to the Citadel and ancient pagodas.

In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 22nd, Hue Monuments Conservation Center held the exhibition of and lectured on the manuscript of the Tale of Kieu of the Nguyen royal family at Dai Cung Mon (the Great Palace Gate), Hue Citadel.

On the afternoon of April 18, the Department of Tourism, in cooperation with the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, welcomed the MICE tourist group to Hue managed by Vietravel at the yard in front of Ngo Mon gate - Hue Imperial Citadel.

A pilot program of shared bike services will begin on April 29, along with “Hue Citadel By Night” launched on April 22 and many other programs and festivals in order to create a highlight to raise tourism demand after the opening of international tourist markets.
