On September 21, Thua Thien Hue Museum of History coordinated with members of the “Review Council of dossier on the relics in Thua Thien Hue Province" to implement a field survey at a number of proposed buildings and sites to compile a scientific dossier for ranking relics in 2023.

Not only serving the transportation industry, Hue Railway Station - a work built during the French period - is considered one of the iconic architectural heritage in the heart of Hue urban area. Having gone through many ups and downs, this station now still continues to witness the development of the land.

For more than a year, the fact that the bridge over Thuan An sea mouth was constructed has always been a topical issue in Thua Thien Hue. Everywhere I went, people excitedly talked about building a bridge, and in the future, their hometown will have a bridge across the sea at the top of the Central region.

Hue City aims to establish a smart tourism information infrastructure which is compatible with smart devices, contributing to ensuring a consistent management system and the utilization of cultural and tourism information among local organizations. This is the objective of the project to build a smart cultural and tourism Hue city, sponsored by KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam).

With its own strengths and unique characteristics, Thua Thien Hue has built and developed ecotourism products at streams and waterfalls, being predicted to create a breakthrough in ecotourism.

Inside the Hue Imperial Citadel, Can Chanh – the most important palace after Thai Hoa Palace – was built in the 3rd year of Gia Long’s reign (1804) and destroyed in 1947. This is also the palace that is assessed by Western scholars as the most beautiful and splendid construction of the imperial citadel.
