On February 8, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, organized the “Spring of Love” program to share support, offer encouragement, and bring a warmer Tet to disadvantaged patients undergoing treatment at the hospital.

On the morning of November 12th, Hue University of Sciences, Hue University held a program to present scholarships and support gifts to students in difficult circumstances who suffered heavy losses during the floods at the end of October and early November.

Hue Central Hospital has just coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, the Breast Cancer Network Vietnam, the branch of Yakult Vietnam Co., Ltd., and other sponsors to organize the “Hair donation - Spreading love” program for female cancer patients currently undergoing treatment at the Oncology Center - Hue Central Hospital.

The Department of Education and Training (DOET) has just announced the results of the City-level Excellent High School Student Exam for the 2025–2026 academic year.

On September 16th, Hue City Transportation Construction Investment Project Management Board reported that it had submitted a proposal to Hue City People’s Committee for approval of the investment policy for building the new Vinh Tu bridge across Tam Giang lagoon, connecting Quang Dien commune with Phong Quang ward. The project’s total investment is estimated at over 1.500 billion VND.

On July 18th and 19th, the 2nd Vietnam Hernia Conference took place at the Training and Direction Center of Hue Central Hospital, co-organized by the hospital and the Vietnam Hernia Society. This is an important scientific event, aiming to update and share clinical knowledge and experience in treating hernia-related conditions.

Hue Students Football Tournament 2025, competing for the Ba Na Hills Cup, kicked off in the afternoon of April 15 at the football field of Phu Xuan District’s Culture, Information & Sports Center (150 Nguyen Trai Street). The tournament is jointly organized by Hue University and Professional Sports Association and School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University.

In the framework of the 2025 Open Day Festival, on April 13, the University of Agriculture and Forestry welcomed teachers and 150 students from Nguyen Chi Thanh High school.

At this year's Festival, visitors and local people will be able to admire generations of artisans doing their crafts and experiencing many craft activities from the central and surrounding areas of Hue city.
