Bringing royal rituals back to modern life

HNN.VN - Reenacting and researching ancient royal rituals and royal festivals are the activities that Hue Monuments Conservation Centre and some related agencies are carrying out not only to preserve and promote unique cultural and heritage values but also to diversify products for Hue tourism, contributing to the effective exploitation of monuments to serve the social-economic development.

A great number of rituals have been successfully re-acted and restored such as Raising Neu Tree Ritual, Guard Change Ceremony, Royal Entry Ceremony, or reenacting ancient royal dances and Tuong Singing excerpt, etc. The restoring of these rituals has attracted many tourists and local people.
