Hue city hosts the forum “Digital transformation for women-owned businesses”

HNN.VN - On December 3, in Hue city, the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Council, Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) coordinated with Business Association and Women Entrepreneurs of Thua Thien Hue province to hold the “Digital transformation for women-owned businesses” forum.

The forum of “Digital transformation for women-owned businesses” aims to improve capacity for businesses in general and women-owned businesses in particular in the process of digital transformation. This is also an opportunity for representatives of agencies, departments and business associations to discuss the opportunities and challenges, as well as the solution of digital transformation for businesses amid the Industrial Revolution 4.0

Addressing the forum, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Thien Dinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the “Digital transformation for women-owned businesses” which was held in Thua Thien Hue this time and affirmed that this is an opportunity for women entrepreneurs to find out their path to not to be lagged behind the general development of the economy.

At the forum, the experts focused on discussing and clarifying some contents such as the important role of digital transformation at national and business levels; opportunities and challenges for businesses in the process of digital transformation; taking advantage of digital transformation to strengthen competitive capacity for businesses; supporting tools to help the quick and efficient digital transformation for businesses; and sharing experiences and success lessons on digital transformation.
