A student of Hue University becomes Vietnam Miss University 2018

HNN.VN - On the evening of December 16, after the sections of the final round held in Da Nang City, contestant Nguyen Thi Phuong Lan, with candidate number 371, a student of College of Law - Hue University was crowned Vietnam Miss University 2018.

During the contest, Phuong Lan was always one of the most prominent contestants and highly evaluated. In the final round, her brightness and intelligence was shown out as Phuong Lan, who was born in 1997, went through all sections in a remarkable way.

The contest started from August 2018 to December 2018 nationwide, the preliminary round and the companion program of “My University is No. 1” took place at 40 locations in 12 provinces and cities across the country, with 1,109 contestants. The semi-final rounds were held in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City, with three sections including Social Knowledge, Talents, and the Ao Dai Performance. The contest judges then selected the best 45 contestants to enter the final round.
