Taking place from January 15 to 26, 2023 (on December 24 of lunar calendar to January 5 of Quy Mao Tet holiday), the Spring Festival 2023 gathered many activities, art spaces and letf many good impressions in the hearts of the public and visitors.

The space of the Spring Festival has attracted a large number of visitors to experience and preserve beautiful photos for family, friends and relatives next to flower beds, spring fields, flower paths, and images of symbolic mascots of the year of the Cat, as well as in the calligraphy space – which offered calligraphy works to wish a happy and prosperous new year.

To add more beauty to this year's Spring Festival, Hue city also organized a spring flower market, decorated flowers at the pedestrian roads on the Perfume River banks, parks, green spots and the main roads of the city. All created beautiful, vibrant and attractive colors for the whole city on the occasion of the new spring.

Calligraphy Space

Speaking at the closing ceremony, leaders of Hue city emphasized that the Quy Mao Spring Festival 2023 took place at Ly Tu Trong Park on a poetic and unique space, with 550 works of art on display and in competition with a variety of flowers, ornamental stones, rockery, calligraphy, wood carvings, and ornamental plants... This event have brought a colorful space, creating a meaningful and unique place for people and tourists coming to Hue.

At the space of the Spring Festival, the displayed works contained many quintessence of artisans from 8 Ornamental Creatures Associations inside and outside the province such as: Hue Bonsai Club, Hue Green Bonsai, Bup Sen Polytechnic Co., Ltd., besides calligraphy, Dai Nghia bronze paintings, LD Landscape Architecture Company ..., creating a very large and impressive exhibition space, helping the venues to organize the Spring Festival and the whole of Hue city become attractive destinations for tourists from near and far and the people of Hue Ancient Capital.

The event attracted large numbers of local residents and visitors, helping to recreate the traditional Lunar New Year atmosphere within the historic royal court setting.
