Accordingly, there will be attractive activities imbued with the identity of the mountainous region such as: the re-enactment of the Zèng offering ceremony of the Ta Oi ethnic group, the traditional cuisine festival of the ethnic minorities, the re-enactment of the custom of “Going Sim” (Poc Xu), the performance and display of the Zèng products of the Ta Oi ethnic group, the highland fair, the performance of spring bathing, the re-enactment of water activities, as well as the festivals of gongs and drums, flowers, sculptures, lutes, flutes, and musical instruments, etc.

The opening program is held at 19:30 on April 29. The re-enactment of the Zèng offering ceremony of the Ta Oi ethnic group is held at 8:30 on April 30. On the same day, the traditional cuisine festival of the ethnic minorities and tourism promotion is held at 9:00; and the re-enactment of the custom of “Going Sim” (Poc Xu) is held at 16:00.

According to A Luoi District People's Committee, the A Luoi highland Festival is a cultural activity aimed at preserving, promoting and honoring the cultural heritage values ​​of ethnic minorities in A Luoi District.
