Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023 to take place from April 28 to May 5

Following the success of previous 8 events from 2005 up to now and implementing the project of the Four-Season Festival, Hue city People’s Committee continues to organize the 9th Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023 with the theme “Essence of Vietnamese Craft” from April 28 to May 5, 2023.

Accordingly, the opening ceremony will be held on the night of April 28 and the closing ceremony will be on the night of May 5, 2023. The main space spread out along both of The Huong River banks and many other areas in Hue city.

There will be various festivals and events to be held for the very first time in the framework of the project, including the food festival “the Quintessence of Noodle Craft”, street parade, Festivities of the Huong River, and the setting up of new record related to traditional crafts.

Furthermore, there will be a chain of cultural and artistic activities, folk festival, royal festival, and many other response and community activities with a space for display, performances, and a space to introduce craft products and craft villages of some typical localities in the country and international cities.
