Exhibition space “Some documents about Ao Dai Hue - past and present” opened

The exhibition, organized by Hue City Library, opened on the morning of March 11 as part of a series of activities aimed at widely promoting the significance and importance of the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

The exhibition “Memories lit by colors” by two artists, namely Hoang Dang Khanh and Tran Anh Huy, unfolds like a story of life’s memories told through painting, evoking a profound sense of emotion in viewers.

On the morning of February 5, at the Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex (No. 33 Tong Duy Tan Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center officially opened a thematic exhibition titled “Horses and the Long Ma in Nguyen Dynasty Royal Culture” (Long Ma: dragon-horse), offering the public a culturally rich and profound exhibition space in the early days of Lunar New Year.

Such is the theme of a special exhibition held by Hue City History Museum to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2026) and to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. The exhibition opens to the public on February 3rd.

While horses in the paintings of artist Le Ba Dang encompass a full range of emotions, diverse artistic techniques, and span multiple creative periods, the horses depicted by today’s later-generation artists likewise reveal distinctive, strongly individual styles.
