With art and music activities, Pham Ngu Lao Street became an art street

For the first time in the neighborhood of Western Quarter, Hue City, children were free to create art. With the participation of more than 100 families, the program contributed to making the atmosphere in the Western Quarter more exciting.

Bringing with them crayons and drawing paper, the children seemed to enjoy being able to draw in a bustling neighborhood. In an adjacent corner, many other children were transformed into street artists when drawing pictures in chalk on the sidewalk on topics about family, friends, schools ... Also, in this space, Hoang Thanh Phong, an artist, sketched portraits for many children.

The program also had the appearance of "Storybook trail" - the reading path of KITA Institute of Technology, with the desire to increase the reading rate among elementary school students. In the US, "Storybook trail" often appears on walkways along the parks. These are children's stories for children to read every time they stroll along the paths.

The program was like a small corner of the street festival for children in the countries around the world, and was now organized by DMZ Group for children who were passionate about art and music.

Striving to creating an art street on the Western Quarter, Mr. Phan Quoc Vinh, the organizer of the program shared: “We will try to organize cultural and artistic activities for children on the first Saturday night monthly to create a healthy play space and engage family members, turning the Western Quarter into a cultural neighborhood ”.
