20 contestants compete in the contest “Bolero singing in the Central Region”

HNN.VN - On the evening of July 2, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association held the finals round of the contest “Bolero singing in the Central Region”.

There were 20 contestants from the Central provinces got to the final. They were the ones who excellently exceeded 160 other contestants from the preliminary round and 50 ones from the semi-final held recently.

At the finale, each contestant performed one registered song with accompaniment permitted. The organizing committee judged and awarded the candidate with the highest score.

This is the first time that the Bolero Singing Contest has been organized in the Central Region

According to Mr. Tran Duc Minh, Chairman of the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, in addition to the desire of creating a playground and finding out talents in Bolero music, which are widespread these days, the competition also aimed at raising a fund for the ATM – OXY Thua Thien Hue program, supporting households with difficult circumstances, homeless children, and sponsoring poor but studious students.
