Its official English name is School of Engineering and Technology - Hue University, abbreviated as HUET. Its main campus is located at 27 Phan Dinh Phung Street, Thuan Hoa Ward.
The School of Engineering and Technology is an affiliated unit of Hue University and does not have independent legal status. It is under the direct and comprehensive management of Hue University. Its functions, duties, powers, organizational structure and operations are governed by regulations issued by the President of Hue University.
The School is expected to offer undergraduate and postgraduate programs in engineering, technology, communications, international relations and other fields. These programs are inherited from the Faculty of Engineering and Technology and the International School under Hue University.
