Presenting gifts to students in A Luoi 2 Commune

The program received support and contributions from numerous agencies, organizations, businesses, and donors. Nearly VND 50 million was raised, including VND 15 million contributed by the Youth Union of the Department of Health and its affiliated youth branches.

The funds raised through the program were used to present 306 sets of school supplies to primary school students from poor and near-poor households in six communes and wards, including A Luoi 1, A Luoi 2, Phong Dien, Phong Phu, Phong Thai and Phong Dinh. Each package was worth VND 256,000, and contained essential school supplies for the new school year.

The 2026 program to provide school supplies to children from disadvantaged backgrounds was organized to celebrate National Day on September 2, while also demonstrating the volunteer spirit and social responsibility of young health-sector workers in caring for, protecting, and helping disadvantaged children access better learning opportunities.

The initiative was held as an opportunity to nurture patriotism, solidarity, compassion, and a strong sense of community responsibility among young health-sector workers, while encouraging Youth Union members and young people to play a more active role in social welfare initiatives.
