Representatives of businesses and relevant organizations attending the conference on the 2026 enterprise innovation survey

The conference aimed to implement the city's enterprise innovation survey plan while building a practical database to support state management and policymaking. Survey results will provide a basis for the Department of Science and Technology to advise the municipal People's Committee on appropriate support mechanisms and policies, helping businesses address challenges in scientific research and technological application while fostering innovation.

During the conference, participating businesses received guidance on the survey process, implementation timeline, and the responsibilities of commune-and-ward-level People's Committees as well as enterprises. They were also instructed on updating information through the innovation management system and submitting survey forms online via the Hue-S application. Participants had the opportunity to discuss implementation issues and receive hands-on guidance using the digital platform.

A key feature of this year's survey is the expanded use of digital technology throughout the implementation process. Businesses and designated focal officers can update information directly on the survey system by logging in with their VNeID accounts or through the Hue-S digital citizen application. The digitalized process is expected to save time, reduce administrative workload, and improve the transparency, accuracy and timeliness of collected data.

According to a representative of the municipal Department of Science and Technology, the city aims for at least 40% of businesses and organizations to engage in innovation activities by 2030. The goal is to establish innovation as a strategic driver of rapid and sustainable economic growth.
