This activity is part of the national trade promotion program in 2026, directed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Hue City People’s Committee. As one of the highlights in a series of activities in the framework of Hue Festival 2026, Hue Festival Trade Fair takes place from June 12 to 17, attracting 240 booths participating to showcase special products and services.
Addressing the opening ceremony, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Ha Van Tuan affirmed that in the context of increasingly deep economic integration, trade promotion always plays a vital role in the work of expanding the market, upgrading competitiveness, and strengthening the product’s value.
Beyond a space for showcasing and introducing products, Hue Festival Trade Fair 2026 is also a platform for boosting supply-demand connectivity and connecting businesses with distributors and consumers. Through the fair, businesses have opportunities to promote their brands, seek business partners, expand their commercial networks, and strengthen production and distribution linkages. The event also enables businesses to keep in touch with the latest market trends, adopt technological innovations, and improve the efficiency of their production and business operations.

As for Hue, the event offers the city a valuable opportunity to present itself as a dynamic and friendly destination with significant growth potential. By hosting this fair, Hue City can also introduce exemplary OCOP products and rural industrial goods, and other typical local specialties, contributing to the promotion of trade, services, and tourism, while enhancing the city’s appeal to investors.
Held as part of Hue Festival 2026, the trade fair also fosters a harmonious connection between culture, tourism, and commerce. In addition to stimulating consumer spending, boosting market demand, and increasing business revenues, the event also provides both locals and tourists with a vibrant shopping and sightseeing experience featuring unique products and specialties from across Vietnam.
The fairgrounds have been professionally organized into 3 dedicated zones. Zone 1 serves as an exhibition and networking area, featuring around 50 booths showcasing products and facilitating business connections among localities from across the country. Zone 2 includes approximately 110 booths displaying and promoting agricultural products, regional specialties, OCOP products, handicrafts, outstanding rural industrial products, and traditional handicraft products from various provinces and cities nationwide. Zone 3 comprises 80 booths offering commercial, trade, and service activities, offering a wide range of products and services to visitors.

Beyond the exhibition and promotion of products and services, the fair also hosts trade promotion and business networking activities, which are designed to strengthen commercial ties between Hue City and localities across the country. Other programs focusing on enhancing trade promotion, business connections, and branding promotion are also included in the fair. The trade fair is expected to welcome around 40,000 visitors and trading participants during its run.
To ensure the trade fair’s success, Hue Center for Investment Promotion, Trade and Enterprise Support has been working closely with relevant departments, agencies, local authorities, and stakeholders to finalize organizational plans and preparations. The center will also provide guidance and support to participating businesses, localities, and visitors throughout the event.
