Recruiters interviewing students

The event drew 29 reputable businesses operating across various sectors, offering 261 full-time job vacancies and 182 internship positions. It provided a valuable opportunity for soon-to-graduate students to directly access the labor market and gain first-hand experience in real working environments.

Beyond recruitment, the event also played an important role in guiding students’ career orientation. Through direct interviews with recruiters and HR managers, participants could gain clearer insights into job requirements, essential skills, and current recruitment trends. Thence, students could adjust their study plans, develop soft skills, and build up preferable personal development pathways.

The event was also considered an opportunity to strengthen ties between the university and the business community. It provided an opportunity for enterprises to access a young, dynamic, and well-trained workforce, while enabling the university to gain practical insights to better align its training programs with societal demands. Side activities such as career counseling, networking sessions, and gift giveaways also created a vibrant atmosphere at the event.
