A corner of the exhibition featuring horse-themed paintings by renowned artist Le Ba Dang

Art lovers are immersed in a wide range of emotions evoked by horse-themed artworks showcased at the exhibition “Horses in the Glamor of Binh Ngo Spring 2026,” hosted by Hue Museum of Fine Arts and was inaugurated on the afternoon of January 30 at Lebadang Art Center (No. 15 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

The exhibition serves as both a reunion and a dialogue, bringing together horse paintings by master artist Le Ba Dang alongside dozens of horse-themed works by artists from Hue, as well as Danang and Quang Tri.

Coming to this exhibition, viewers can admire Le Ba Dang’s zodiac Horse through stylized and abstract interpretations in oil and acrylic, marked by multi-dimensional perspectives rich in emotion and spirit. Meanwhile, works by contemporary artists, spanning diverse materials such as oil, lacquer, acrylic, ceramics, iron, aluminum, gouache, mixed media, and monoprint… bring vivid vitality through their dialogue with flowers, spring, nature, and humanity, highlighting each artist’s unique creative voice and worldview.

A representative of Hue Museum of Fine Arts noted that in Eastern culture, the horse represents strength, intelligence, resilience, and the aspiration for freedom. In Hue, a land closely ties with the image of the Long Ma, a symbol of noble ambition, courage, and composure, the exhibition theme carries a broader message of renewal, optimism, and new prospects as the city advances on its path of development and integration.

Through the exhibition, the museum hopes to offer art lovers emotionally rich aesthetic experiences in the early days of spring.

The exhibition opens for viewers until February 27.
