The Bach Khoa Science and Technology Group training for administrators and teachers

The program provided training for 390 principals from primary, secondary, high schools, and directors of centers for vocational education - continuing education; as well as more than 392 IT administrators and IT teachers from primary, secondary, and high schools.

For school administrators, the trainers emphasized directions and guiding documents on digital transformation in management, teaching, and assessment; while supporting school leadership teams in developing implementation roadmaps suitable for each school’s conditions. Content related to operational procedures and effective use of shared platforms, such as the digital learning resource system, emulation and commendation, assessment and self-assessment was also standardized to ensure connectivity, scalability, and the integration of AI into education and governance. In addition, trainees received instructions on using specialized management modules such as digital student records, electronic gradebooks, school health, and education quality assurance.

For professional activities and operational skills, IT staff and core teachers received in-depth training on operating LMS360, TEST360, and SMS360; organizing lessons, assigning work, conducting online assessments; and using the shared digital learning resource repository. Trainees were also equipped with additional knowledge and skills for applying AI and chatbots in lesson planning, classroom management, and facilitating interactions with students and parents.
