Candidates participating in direct interviews at the recruitment area of the City Employment Service Center

The fair drew 23 units participating in direct recruitment, online recruitment, and recruitment through the City Employment Service Center, with a total demand of 5.037 job openings. Of these, unskilled labor accounted for nearly 4.600 positions, reflecting the high year-end production demand for human resources. The garment and textile sector continued to lead with strong recruitment needs: Scavi Hue has 2.080 positions; HUAJING Garment Co., Ltd. has 513; Hanesbrands Vietnam Hue has over 300 positions, mostly sewing workers, technicians, and line leaders.

Alongside industrial production, labor export continued to attract workers. The Hue City Employment Service Center recruited 120 seasonal laborers to work in Germany with salaries ranging from 48 to 51 million VND per month. Companies such as Daystar and the Labor Export and Specialist Services Joint Stock Company recruited hundreds of interns and engineers to work in Japan with incomes of 28 - 40 million VND per month.

Speaking at the program, Nguyen Van An, Deputy Director of the National Employment Service Center, emphasized the importance of applying the National Job Exchange Platform in organizing the job fair. Multi-province digital connectivity helps expand recruitment spaces, increase labor supply–demand mobility, optimize job-matching through big data, and ensure transparency in recruitment information nationwide.

The online-offline hybrid job fair model was deemed an effective solution, contributing to synchronized development of the regional labor market, creating more job opportunities for workers, and supporting businesses in stabilizing production and business activities.

The event aimed to implement the 2025 work program of the Department of Employment, strengthen regional linkage in employment solutions, support businesses in accessing recruitment sources after the floods, and prepare human resources for early-2026 production plans; while also creating conditions for workers to seek suitable job opportunities amidst a labor market with many fluctuations.
