| A corner displaying art works by Hue's renowned artists |
The exhibition, themed “Art works - A collection of Hue Museum of Fine Arts” organized by Hue Museum of Fine Arts, took place on the afternoon of November 12 at Le Ba Dang Art Space (15 Le Loi, Thuan Hoa Ward).
The event aims to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23, 2005 - November 23, 2025), and the 7th anniversary of the establishment of Hue Museum of Fine Arts (November 12, 2018 - November 12, 2025).
In the dry and slightly chilly weather, art lovers seemed to enjoy an impressive “art feast”. There, 75 art works, spanning various genres such as painting, sculpture, graphics, video art, and installation art, etc., were displayed, captivating viewers.
Within this space, one can encounter works of typical artistic value and distinctive creative styles from 45 visual artists from Hue, living, studying, and working in Hue.
Notable names include Ton That Sa, Mai Trung Thu, Ton That Dao, Le Thanh Nhon, Phan Xuan Sanh, Do Ky Hoang, Vinh Phoi, Lam Triet, Ton That Van, Dinh Cuong, Truong Be, Hoang Dang Nhuan, Le Quy Long, Cong Huyen Ton Nu Tuyet Mai, Buu Chi, and Duong Dinh Sang, etc. The exhibition also features young artists with newer art forms such as video art and installation art.
These art works have been collected by Hue Museum of Fine Arts during its formation and operation over the past 7 years.

Notably, on this occasion, Hue Museum of Fine Arts also received 3 art works by Ton That Van, Pham Luc, To Bich Hai, which were donated by Tran Viet Ngac, a researcher, Nguyen Huu Hoang, a collector, and Ms. Le Cam Te. These art works were subsequently put on display for the public.
According to a representative of Hue Museum of Fine Arts, the exhibition is a tribute to the immense contributions made by the artists, organizations, and individuals, who have contributed to the construction and development of Hue fine arts in general, and Hue Museum of Fine Arts in particular.
The exhibition is open to the public until December 12.
