The working delegation visited Tay Loc Kindergarten, Tay Loc Market, and Vy Da Ward Medical Station, inspected, encouraged, and presented gifts to the forces cleaning the environment and overcoming the damage at the mentioned kindergarten, market, and medical station.
At the visited and inspected locations, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh praised the efforts and responsible spirit of the officers and soldiers of Hue City Military Command and Division 968 for proactively assisting people in clearing mud, restoring the environment, as well as supporting units, schools, medical stations, markets, and residential areas, etc.
Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh stated that currently, more than 7,000 officers and soldiers from Hue City Military Command and Division 968 are performing duties to assist in overcoming the consequences of floods throughout Hue City. The Commander of Military Region 4 emphasized that within a short period, people in Hue City had to endure three consecutive floods, making life extremely difficult for them. The armed forces must be urgent, and do their utmost to ensure the safety of people’s lives and property, and to ensure no one goes hungry or cold.

Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh also noted that the upcoming Typhoon No. 13 is forecasted to affect localities in the Central region. This is a strong and dangerous typhoon. He requested that the local authorities, officers and soldiers must fulfill their duties, stand side-by-side, and be ready to support people in all conditions…
At the visited locations, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh and the city leaders also presented gifts and encouraged teachers; health officers and staff; market management boards, traders, and asked people to quickly stabilize their working conditions, daily lives, and business activities.
Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, affirmed that the local government is deeply concerned about people’s lives. The locality will prioritize resources for recovery and investment in education and healthcare, and make efforts to restore activities and people's lives.
