The decision states that the Ministry of Education and Training, together with Hue City People’s Committee, guides relevant agencies to transfer and receive all personnel, finances, assets, and students of Hue College of Medicine (under the management of Hue City People’s Committee) to the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University as prescribed by regulations; in which, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy is a higher education institution of Hue University, under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training.
During the merger and restructuring process, normal operations must be maintained, and the legitimate rights and interests of all parties must be protected. It also requires that no misconduct, loss, or waste of finances and assets occur.
The Ministry of Education and Training is responsible for the contents, data, proposals and recommendations presented in Report No. 1740/TTr-BGDĐT dated October 1, 2025 and Report No. 1295/TTr-BGDĐT dated August 18, 2025 issued by the Ministry.
