The construction of the Community Cultural House began in July 2025. The project includes a stilt-house-style cultural hall with a building footprint of 160 square meters and a total floor area of 275 square meters. The entire project was built with a total budget of 2,2 billion VND, fully funded and implemented by the General Staff. To date, all components of the project have been completed.

Senior Lieutenant General Pham Truong Son, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, emphasized: “The Community Cultural House and flood shelter in A Den Hamlet is not only a facility serving daily life but also a symbol of trust and solidarity between the Army and the People. It will serve as a venue for cultural activities, meetings, and learning for local residents, while also providing a safe haven during natural disasters and floods”.

At the ceremony, the leaders of A Luoi 3 Commune expressed their profound gratitude for this meaningful and valuable gift from the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army. They affirmed that after taking over the facility, the locality will ensure it is used for its intended purposes, turning it into a center of unity, cultural activities, and traditional education for the younger generations.
