Strong winds also sank 1 fishing boat anchored by local fishermen. Immediately upon assessing the damage, the City People's Committee directed localities to focus on recovery and support for the residents.

For the case of a woman from Thanh Hoa who was unfortunately swept away by floodwaters, the leaders of An Cuu Ward People's Committee extended condolences, supported, and mobilized residents to support the family with a total amount of over 65 million VND.
