The Ba To shrine holds significant historical and cultural value for Vietnamese people. It stands as one of the remaining village cultural institutions that has been preserved, maintained, and effectively promoted in the daily lives of local residents.

Through the festivals and rituals held at Ba To shrine, the local community fosters a sense of pride, patriotism, and national identity. These activities help to strengthen solidarity, community engagement, and raise awareness about the preservation and protection of the cultural heritage left by their ancestors. 

On February 20th, 2025, Chairman of Hue City People's Committee issued a Decision to recognize Ba To shrine as a city-level historical site. At the ceremony, on behalf of the leaders of Hue City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Thien Binh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, presented the Certificate recognizing Ba To shrine as a city-level historical site to the People’s Committee of Quang Phu Commune.
